About The Author

Georgina Harper

Georgina is a landscape, wildlife and astrophotographer originally from Bristol, but now based in Cardiff, South Wales. Georgina first became interested in photography several years ago, after a badly broken arm put a stop to an interest in extreme endurance cycling. She then started hill walking with a camera in tow. Georgina’s photography has gone from strength to strength and she can now often be found at sunrise, sunset or even the middle of the night photographing landscapes, seascapes and starscapes around Wales and the West Country. Her work has been used by Visit Wales, and she has been successful in several photography competitions. Georgina is excited to be working on a guide to Bristol, as this is where she grew up and she finds Bristol a photogenic city.
